Cancellation is free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date; after this time, 50% of the room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel one day before the booking date or fail to show up, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
15 days prior to arrival: 40% charge
30 days prior to arrival: 30% charge
60 days prior to arrival: 25% charge
